The short version
We collect what we need to run your scans and your account, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. The details are below, in plain English.
What we collect
Account information. Your name, email address, and password (stored securely as a hash) when you create an account, plus optional business details you add, like your business name, type, and website.
Scan data. The website URLs you submit and the results of each scan: scores, findings, generated fixes, and reports. Scans read publicly available pages only.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep records of your purchases, plan, and billing history.
Usage and analytics. We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how people find and use the site, including pages visited, approximate location, and device type. These tools use cookies.
Messages. When you contact us through a form, we keep the message and your contact details so we can reply.
How we use it
To run your scans and show your results, operate your account and subscription, send transactional email like scan results, receipts, and renewal reminders, improve the product, and respond to your messages. If you refer someone with your share link, we record the referral so we can credit you. We may send occasional product updates, and every non-essential email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run the product: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), our hosting providers, Google Analytics and Meta (analytics and advertising measurement), and the AI providers that help analyze scanned pages. Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Free scans are kept for 90 days plus your most recent scan per site. Purchased reports are kept for 12 months. Pro and Agency scan history is kept for 24 months. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires. If you delete your account, we delete your scans, reports, and personal information, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can view and update your information from your account page, unsubscribe from non-essential email, and request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we honor reasonable requests regardless.
Cookies
We use cookies for signing in, remembering your preferences, remembering who referred you, and analytics as described above. You can block cookies in your browser, though signing in requires them.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and access to production systems is limited. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever discover a breach affecting your data we will notify you promptly.
Children
Excelerator AI is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
