Who we are
Excelerator AI is operated by Excelerate Online. These terms are an agreement between you and us, and by creating an account or using the service you accept them.
The service
Excelerator AI scans publicly available web pages, scores how visible a site is likely to be to AI search, and provides findings, fixes, reports, and related tools. We regularly improve the product, and features may change over time. We will not remove a capability you have paid for during a period you have already paid for.
Your account
Keep your login credentials private, and tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. One person per seat: plans include a set number of seats, and sharing a login beyond that is not permitted.
Acceptable use
Scan only websites you own or have permission to work on, or public pages you have a legitimate business reason to evaluate. Do not use the service to harm, overload, or probe sites, to build a competing scanning dataset, to resell scans outside a plan that permits client work, or to do anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or harm other customers.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
The free scan is free. The Full Report is a one-time purchase. Pro and Agency are subscriptions billed monthly or annually until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Billing, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. We may change prices with advance notice, and changes take effect at your next renewal.
Your content and data
You own your website and its content. You give us permission to crawl the URLs you submit, analyze them, and generate reports and fixes for you. We own the service, our scoring system, and our software. Generated fixes and reports for your site are yours to use. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Honest limits
We measure your site against the signals AI search engines read and reward, and we help you improve them. We do not control ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or any other engine, and no one can guarantee that AI will mention, cite, or rank your business. Scores, projections, and recommendations are informed guidance, not promises of a specific outcome. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination, the refund policy governs any amounts paid.
Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date above and notify you by email or in the app before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before any formal dispute, please contact us. Most issues are resolved in one conversation.
